Winton Earle Clark, 1879-1954
- Attended Victoria High School and then earned an arts degree in 1908 from McMaster University. Earle taught for 50 years, the last 37 at Vic High from 1908 until 1945.
- As a sculptor, Earl created the bronze war memorial to the three teachers and 82 students from Vic High who died in WWI.
- Buried at Ross Bay Cemetery.
- Loyalist Ancestor: Adam Green, Ensign, 1739-1815, Son of Samuel Green (Deputy Surveyor of New Jersey).
