Attended Victoria High School and then earned an arts degree in 1908 from McMaster University. Earle taught for 50 years, the last 37 at Vic High from 1908 until 1945.
As a sculptor, Earl created the bronze war memorial to the three teachers and 82 students from Vic High who died in WWI.
Buried at Ross Bay Cemetery.
Loyalist Ancestor: Adam Green, Ensign, 1739-1815, Son of Samuel Green (Deputy Surveyor of New Jersey).
