- •Born in Kingston.
- •With Queen’s University in 1906 where mounted an unsuccessful challenge against the Ottawa Silver Seven for the Stanley Cup.
- •Won the Stanley Cup three times, 1909, 1910 and 1911 with Ottawa.
- •In the summer of 1914 Walsh was diagnosed with tuberculosis, making him ineligible for service during World War One.
- •Died from tuberculosis in 1915.
