Reginald Campbell McClellan, 1883-1963

  • Born 31 August 1883 In Alton, Peel, Ontario; he died in Richmond, BC on 16 December 1965.
  • In the 1901 census, his father’s occupation was a music teacher.
  • While still in Ontario in 1901, by 1906 – when 22 years – have moved with his parents and three siblings to Qu’Apelle, Saskatchewan.
  • In the 1921 Census, living in Dewdney, Pitt Meadows, B.C.. married, two children, occupation – mixed farming.
  • In Victoria on Voters listr for both 1957 and 1962, living at 1436 Stadacona Ave, retired.
  • Died in Richmond, B.C. on 20 December 1965 and was buried in Hatley Memorial Gardens in Colwood.
  • Loyalist Ancestor: William McClellan,  1746-1838. His father James and his mother Annie were descended from the same Loyalist ancestor William McClellan. He was the great grand father of James and the 2nd great grand father of Annie.
