He inherited STEELE’s Saloon on 4 Bastion Square in Victoria for many years. It was established by his father, Peter STEELE who originally started in the saloon business in Victoria in 1869.
Lived at 1014 Catherine Street
Buried in the Steele family plot at Ross Bay Cemetery.
