In 1935 was Historian for UELAC executive.
Aside from UELAC, was active with University Women’s Club and Local Council of Women. In 1928, was Convener of Book Committee of local Canadian Women’s Club.
Wrote at least two historical/genealogical books on early Nova Scotia.
Buried at Royal Oak Cemetery, Saanich.
