Loyalist Ancestor: Major Stephen Golding, 1762-1845, age 83, Loyalist of 1783, Commissioner for Peace in Queens Co. for 30 years, held commission in Militia for 55 years retiring with rank of Major, Member of Church of England, had 11 children, 71 grandchildren, 74 great- grandchildren.
