• Was a teacher in Victoria for 25 years. Obituary  states “one of the best-known teachers in the city.” 
• Was a teacher at Girls Central School when died suddenly in 1897. 
• Loyalist Ancestor: Benjamin Milliken, 1728-1791, New Brunswick.
