- Loyalist Ancestor – Thomas “King” Cutler, 1752-1837- Joined British forces at Boston where he was born, he served first as Captain in the Volunteers of New England, rose to assistant barracks master in New York, and finally was commissioned as an ensign in the Orange Rangers.
