Victoria UELAC Early Member: Col. Edwin Richard Tooley, 1872-1964

• Born in Middlesex, Ontario.
• In Victoria with wife, living at 83 Howe Street, just before serving in WW I.   
• Built and raced power yachts during the 1930’s, Won Brentwood Cup with Miko which he built in his yard.
• Buried at Royal Oak Cemetery.
• Loyalist Ancestor: Solomon Edwin Secord, 1755-1799, and James Secord, 1732-1784.
