Born in Cochrane, Alberta.
In 1921 Census, living at 2140 Beach Drive, Oak Bay, 11 years old, one of 7 children, father died in 1919. The Hon. Charles W. Fisher, speaker of the Alberta legislature since the formation of the province in 1905, succumbed to an attack of illness brought on by ear trouble.
In 1938 Voters list, living at 3210 Beach Drive, occupation as clerk.
Buried at the Royal Oak Cemetery, Saanich.
