Asa Bancroft Steele, 1867-1918

• Born in Cassburn, Prescott County, Ontario. 
• Many years farming in Ontario, eight years in Vermont and then moved to Victoria in 1900.
• Well known and popular real estate agent in Victoria. 
• He had six sons. One son, Robert Wesley Steele was professional baseball pitcher from 1916-19.
• Loyalist Ancestor: John Tuttle, 1774-1865, Kingston.
