Justus Edward Knight, 1864-1949
- Born in Musquash, Saint John, New Brunswick.
- In 1899, when he was married in Vancouver, he was the sub collector of Customs at Ashcroft, B.C. In 1900, he is listed in the Federal Civil service as a Preventative Officer. On same page as Bedford Smith.
- In 1911, they were living at Queens Ave., Vancouver, two children, and he was a merchant at the Mooney Biscuit Company.
- In trhe 1921 census, living in Point Grey Vancouver, employed as a superintendant of a lumberman company.
- They were living in Courtenay when his wife passed in 1940.
- Buried in Courtenay Civic Cemetery, British Columbia.
