- Lt. Col. Frederick William Macqueen (1850–1932) — Dominion President, 1915–1916, Toronto Branch. Born in Woodstock, Ontario on May 22, 1850, Macqueen was educated at Trinity School, Port Hope, and Trinity College, Toronto, and studied law under the Hon. Edward Blake before becoming Clerk of the First Division Court for Oxford County.
- A dedicated militiaman, he rose to captain in the 22nd Battalion Oxford Rifles by 1878, receiving repeated special mention in militia annual reports. After losing his sight in an 1883 accident, he travelled to London where his vision was successfully restored.
- He organized the Woodstock Amateur Athletic Association and served on multiple rifle association boards. He married Fanny Gunn in 1889 and died in 1932, aged 81.
