- (1892–1961) — Dominion President, 1930–1933, Toronto/Governor Simcoe Branch. Born in Toronto on July 16, 1892, Howard was a central figure in Loyalist circles who founded and led the Governor Simcoe Branch following a split from the Toronto Branch, planning a centennial celebration as one of his first acts. He simultaneously served as the founding president of Toronto Branch when it was formally chartered on April 9, 1931. He later served as President of the Toronto Branch (1935–37) and returned to Governor Simcoe Branch in multiple further terms. He died in Toronto on August 26, 1961.
